Brian made the stay especially enjoyable with his attentive, professional service and kindness. The welcoming atmosphere and well-kept surroundings added to a really good experience. I'd recommend the hotel based on the service I received.

I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels regularly, and this location impressed me. The room was clean with no odd smells, and the receptionist was friendly. Several fast food places are nearby, along with a Mexican restaurant and Ruby Tuesday within walking distance. I don't usually eat breakfast, though I imagine it follows the typical Holiday Inn setup. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

There’s a beautiful college campus next door, with ducks and a bridge that make for a pleasant walk. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was a nice grab-and-go spread with coffee, tea, and juice.

Everything else was great, but my experience with the night front desk person, Brian, left me afraid. He kept asking personal questions that didn't feel appropriate while I was just trying to get a room and sleep. He repeatedly called my room, asked if I was okay in an overly pushy way, and pressed to come up with me. In the lobby, he stared at people in a way that felt off to me. I got the sense he was acting very nice while secretly wanting to do something to someone. I locked my door because I was scared. I hope they run background checks on staff, because I felt something was wrong with him.
