The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the guest laundry was fairly priced. The dryer worked well once I adjusted its filter so the raised edge wouldn’t catch clothes as it turned. Breakfast was the usual BW selection. Still, I’m surprised this is called a Best Western Plus. The lobby and dining space look nice, but the front desk isn’t staffed all the time, and it seems like a major renovation is underway. Our bathroom was in rough shape: water ran onto the counter whenever we turned it on, there was mold on the ceiling over the tub and shower, and the bottom of the door was badly ragged from water damage. One fitted sheet had a big black mark, even though the sheets looked and smelled freshly laundered. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
