I’m so glad my daughter and I are staying here for the long term. The hotel is clean, and the laundry setup is great. Housekeeping has been good, too. The receptionist and manager are both so kind and helpful, and they’re patient with all my endless questions.

The location worked out really well for my month-long stay at intown suites. Plenty of stores were close enough to walk to, and anything farther away was just a short drive. It was quiet and felt safe, with a warm room, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting oakbrook for an extended stay.
The kitchen was enough for basic cooking, though you'll need to bring your own pans, plates, and utensils. I was there for a week, and the place was simple but set up well for an extended stay. The bed was great, there was lots of hot water, and it was very quiet. I'd stay again.
It was warm in the room during my winter visit, and really quiet and safe. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were very nice and helpful.
The sewage backed up into the tub three times during the month I stayed, and they cleaned it for me only once. The maid was supposed to come on Wednesdays but showed up just one time. Room cleaning was part of the deal, but they didn't do it. There was also a serious mold problem in the laundry room from a leak near the washing machines. Sofia and the maintenance guy were very nice, but the manager, Mr. Tate (I believe), was rude and confrontational through nearly every conversation. He glared at me often, threatened to fine me several times, and made me feel harassed and unwanted, even though I keep to myself and don't cause problems. I moved down the street to a more expensive hotel because of him. One time he was nice, and I was absolutely shocked. He knocked on my door as if there were an emergency to check the smoke alarm, saying "some people just like to mess with the smoke detectors." I locked myself out four times. Twice the cards and batteries in the door weren't working. I had told him two days before the batteries died that I was having trouble with the door, and he said he'd send someone to fix it. When I reported being locked out because the batteries were dead, he called me a nuisance. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, mostly because of the mean manager.
