Javelinas wander around the rooms and parking area, which can be a little unnerving, so keep your distance. The shared kitchen is well equipped, with a coffee machine and a good dining space. There’s also a lounge where you can read or just hang out with family or friends.

February, 2026 ... This is not lodging. After I tried contacting Adobe Hacienda, I ended up on a "clothing" website that looked like a China bulk Manufacturer. Calling the number redirected me right away to another number, where an Asian voice answered with some random manufacturing number. The website is a scam. I was going to refer one of my couples, but couldn't get through to an actual lodging business.

We shared dinner in the common room, which was nice. The Sedona Suite had plenty of space, a comfortable king bed, and a pull-out sofa for my grand daughter; we all slept well. I loved the red mountain views, and we could even watch people golfing. The outdoor hot tub and fire place were a nice bonus. I took this picture as we were leaving. We had a wonderful weekend and plan to return.

The setting is lovely, quiet, and safe, with shops and restaurants about five minutes away. Sedona takes 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. We stayed in the Vaquero suite, which was clean. The public kitchen and hot tub were handy, and the pet fee seemed reasonable at a one-time $50 per stay for up to two dogs. The property is under new management/owners, and breakfast, which older reviews mention, is no longer offered. The room needs attention. The carpet is very old and made the place feel grungy, several bathroom bulbs were out, and another light didn't work. The bed felt like it had a 30-year-old mattress. Both sinks and the tub drained poorly. Worst of all, the shower never had hot water, at any time of day, and the pressure was terrible, even though the sinks and tub did have hot water. For what a night costs, that's unacceptable and enough to put me off returning. There was also a sewage? drain in the front yard that seemed backed up. It smelled awful and toilet paper was scattered across the yard. You can see this property was once lovingly and tastefully designed, but it has been neglected.
