Friendly, welcoming staff, a clean room, and a reasonable price. I stayed one night, had no complaints, and would come back. Highly recommend it. Thanks.

I was upset by how this was handled. I travel with my service dog and brought all my documents. Before booking, I called to check that he was welcome, and the front desk confirmed it. I checked in after traveling all that way, mentioned my service dog again, and everything seemed fine. Then, after we’d been there about an hour, they told us he wasn’t allowed. I understand that places have policies, but I had confirmed my situation multiple times and tried to show my documents. The manager or owner was very rude, and the staff were cold and aggressive about it. The service was just bad overall.

The room was huge, maybe 20% bigger than what you’d expect at a regular hotel, with enough space that I could picture three adults sleeping comfortably. It had one bed, a large fridge that saved me money on food, plus a large microwave and a coffeemaker. The room itself was hard to fault, and having a pool was a nice bonus. I stayed two nights in March for spring break. I’m conflicted about the rating: the prices were exorbitantly high, as the attached receipts show, and this is really a motel, not a hotel.

The views were breathtaking, and the staff were awesome. My husband and I booked a beautifully decorated, very clean room while we were doing the wine tasting tour. We’ll be back. Thanks to everyone at the Veiw Inn, you were 5 stars.
