The garden was lovely, and we even spotted turkeys wandering past our window. The place is clean, quaint, and has a little class, with very helpful staff and amazing bed sheets. You can walk to town and to the ferry from Cape Cod, and a bus takes you to the rest of the island, including Oak Bluffs, with its gingerbread cottages and nice restaurants. For bus fares, day passes for ages 6 and up cost $9, while a return is $2.5. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed one night in July 2016 and had a great time. The staff and management were so hospitable, and the service was great. The bed was comfortable, and they’d thought of everything, right down to makeup cloths, complimentary facial scrub, a clay facial bar, and bathrobes. The location was convenient for town, and they also provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas at no charge. I’d absolutely come back for a longer stay and have already recommended it to others.

The room layout is a little odd and parking can be tight, but for Martha's vineyard, this was a good experience for me. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the woman there was nice and helpful with island tips. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was good. We brought our own board games and the common room worked great for playing them.

The room was damp and smelled strongly of mold, and the muggy air made it worse. The AC wasn't working and had a leaking valve. There were ants in the kitchen and around much of the room. All the furniture was peeling and musty. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at $370 a night.
