Quality Inn & Suites Virginia MN

Jillian at the front desk was a huge help. We left something in our room, and after checking for it she called right back to say she'd found it. She assured me it would go out in tomorrow's mail. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast area and pool were clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and the location worked fine. Breakfast was pretty basic, but we were there for a hockey tournament and didn't expect much. We also had a “Team Party Room”, which was a nice bonus. Subway is right across the street, and there are several bars within walking distance. Thanks, Jillian, for helping us out. You're the best!

It was cheaper than similar options, so I'd stay here again. The building is old and seems to have plenty of character, maybe an interesting past. The room was satisfactory and definitely large, though finding it was an adventure. The hot tub wasn't working. The pool water seemed warm, but the pool area itself wasn't.

Our extended family had wedding plans and reserved 8 rooms for two nights, then added a 9th later that day. When plans changed, I needed to cancel everything two months ahead. Somehow that last room had been booked as non-cancellable, so I ended up paying the full fare for both nights.

I felt safe traveling alone as a woman, and the room was charming and clean. I picked one away from the pool because of reviews saying it could be humid. Some of the room looked updated, and it seemed like they do their best to keep the place up. My stay was comfortable and cozy, and I was pleasantly surprised. I'd stay here again.
