Best Western Visalia Hotel

Once we got into the room, it was clean and had no smell. The staff were wonderful, very polite, and checked in to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. The breakfast area staff member was especially cheerful and great with guests. The shared areas were a different story: there was a smell when we entered, and the stairway smelled rancid. The carpet needs a deep shampoo or replacement. In our room, the window screen was broken, and there were cracks along the walls and windowsill. It could use some contractor's attention.

Amanda was the highlight at breakfast. She was cheerful and so helpful, and gave me detailed maps of Sequoias National Park that should make my trip much more enjoyable. I really appreciated that, and she deserves a raise! Breakfast itself was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, and overnight Tesla charging was a big reason I picked this Best West. The one thing missing was liquid soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers.

Amanda served a delicious breakfast with a thousand-smiles kind of service. We had tasty food, hot showers, and plush towels, and the room was clean and comfortable. The highway is close, but we couldn't hear the traffic with the AC running. They were flexible about our late check-in, and my wife and I slept deeply on the comfortable beds and pillows. It was a relaxing stop before we headed into snowy Sequoia National Park.

I came in late on a friend's recommendation and stayed for two days. The place was clean and the food was good. The staff were polite and welcoming, and one receptionist really stood out: she was always smiling and engaging with guests, which made me more comfortable. She also cooked and handled the front desk. She was truly amazing, and I'll definitely come back.
