I felt safe here, and the parking lot was well lit. The staff were helpful and knew their stuff, and the service made me happy. The room and bathroom had lovely décor, and the hallways looked new with a nice color scheme. Everything was very clean and there wasn't any smell. The beds felt new and were so comfortable I slept like a baby. Definitely my first choice, and I'd stay again.

I left immediately after seeing the room. It was filthy and smelled awful throughout. The front desk person seemed to know very little about the hotel's policies. It's sad, since this used to be a great place back when it was the Best Western. We'd stay here after getting drunk downtown and have a good time. Now, do not book here. Look at the photos I posted.
We won't be coming back or recommending this place. We had four people in the room but only one set of towels, no refrigerator, and a filthy room. We couldn't use the pool, despite what the ads suggested, and were told we'd have to pay for extra towels. There was no breakfast the next morning, and we saw used needles on the ground. They made us pay cash, kept the driver's license, and didn't register us or give us a receipt. Someone also approached us about drugs, and whenever the kids went outside, the neighbors griped at them. The way we were treated disgusted us. I'm ashamed to see the American name on this motel. It was awful.
The room smelled like sewage, and the shower head had a dirty towel over it. We walked into a dirty room, with hair all over the bathroom floor and towels. The furniture looked like it was from the 90s, and every piece was broken somehow. Half the bulbs didn't work, and some electrical outlets weren't properly covered. It looked worth nowhere near the roughly $50 they charged, maybe $20 a night. I've never had a worse hotel experience. I didn't want to stay even one night and asked for a refund, but the manager was rude and wouldn't listen. He claimed he couldn't refund me because I'd booked through a website, though I later learned he could have.
I drove in, saw cigarette butts scattered around the parking lot and a homeless couple arguing while I checked in, and got worried right away. The room itself was dirty and stinky, so I left immediately. They refused to refund me. Hard to believe I paid $125 for that room. I went to the Comfort Inn afterward, paid $150, and felt much more comfortable. I didn't really stay here.
