Dear Wyndham employee, could you email me an invoice showing I paid for the trip? I handed in the key as requested and left it in the bowl on the counter, but I didn’t get any paperwork before leaving. My spouse and I stayed only one night, then had to leave because of a family emergency. We both felt that you showed us real kindness and empathy, and that meant a lot. There’s a great park next door for kids, and the hotel has a very clean indoor pool and jacuzzi, plus an outdoor one in summer. They also have self service laundry. The staff are really helpful, and it’s great value.

I’ve stayed here for years when traveling to the valley during pollination season, mainly because the location felt safer and made it easy to park my truck. After this last visit, I won’t come back. I paid $250 for the night, and the front desk woman said she couldn’t help because I’d booked through hotels.com. The bathroom tile was disgusting, the sheets had hair on them, and the door to room 401 was falling apart at the bottom. The A/C didn’t work, the fourth floor ice machine was broken, the room phone was dead, and there was no room service anymore. They’ve also stopped offering complimentary breakfast, though you can pay for overpriced coffee. The hallways smelled strongly of sewage. What a joke.

My family and I had a great time at Mahogany’s, and we used the indoor pool and hot tub every day. Service was good, and there’s a small shop with a limited selection, including a little Starbucks bar. There’s no continental breakfast. We’ll stay again.
