Those big shady oaks out front and the quiet made it easy to settle in. The place was really clean, with clean neighborhoods and the campus all around, and the beds felt like clouds. We needed a pet-friendly suite, not a college stay, and this worked out so well. Loved the sunny kitchen and shared BBQ area too. I’d take the place home with us. We’ll definitely be back.

Ashley and Gaby were so kind and accommodating, especially after we had a rough morning of travel. I was grateful for how helpful they were. The condo is spacious, gorgeous, and very clean, right across the street from Baylor campus, with plenty of parking if you have a car. I slept really well and enjoyed being so close to campus. Just know there’s no lobby or indoor place to wait before check-in, so if you get to Waco early, you’ll need to find somewhere else to spend the time. I’d happily stay here again.

Being right on campus, in the middle of everything, was great, and the place was super cute, clean, and fairly priced. Ashley was helpful and accommodating, and our trip really impressed me. Check-in and getting to the room were easy. There isn’t an office, but that’s no problem, so don’t worry. I’ll definitely come back.

I hadn’t even heard of this place before, which is hard to believe after such a great stay. The apartment was bright and airy, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer, all on Baylor's campus. It was a great deal for the money. Ashley, you and your staff did a wonderful job making me comfortable. Thanks so much!

Finding coffee filters took me 20 minutes 😂😂😂, but that was my only complaint. The beds were comfortable, the room and space were great, and check-in was super easy. It’s also convenient for getting almost anywhere. We’ll definitely stay again!
