I’ve stayed here for years and keep coming back for the clean rooms and really welcoming staff. The pool is great in summer, and the place is good value with a free continental breakfast. I do wish breakfast had a little more variety. Still a very nice place, and I recommend it.

The staff were friendly even late at night, and being right off the highway was a pleasant surprise. I’d try to get a second-floor room if possible, though. The signs of flooding damage on the first floor were pretty alarming.

The room itself was in rough shape: the sink and tub were dirty, some lights didn’t work, and the door handle came off. Breakfast had very little food, and construction in the room above started at 7 AM. There was noise all night from trucks on the two major highways at the corner, plus the Taco Bell drive-up window about 75 feet from the door. My wife refused to stay another night. Don’t stay here.

We paid $163 for room 127, and the condition was shocking, especially as repeat guests. The floor was flooded, both beds felt damp, and moisture showed on all the surfaces. There was hair in the sinks and dirt and hairballs on the bathroom floor, plus a mark on the light switch that looked like blood or feces. We stayed about three hours before my wife couldn’t take it and we left. I wish I’d taken pictures. I probably won’t return. When I called the next morning to speak with the manager, the woman who answered yelled that she’d already told someone the manager wouldn’t be in until the following day. I explained I wasn’t that person, gave her my complaints, and she rushed off the phone, upset. It’s good to hear others are complaining too. Instead of a generic answer that means nothing, refund the $163.
