The views are a big part of the appeal. West-facing units look out over the ocean and greens, while east-facing ones have mountain and greens views. The landscaping is lovely, and there's a small pool area that's easy to get to. Near the 3rd hole, you can hear bullfrogs rumbling from the lake at night. The ocean views from several holes are spectacular, and the greens are beautiful. I’m told the Nenes flock can leave the green a bit squishy after mating season. It’s usually quiet and peaceful, though on Mondays and Wednesdays the landscapers make loud equipment noise from 8-3.

The place is quiet and very well kept. Amy, the property manager, was kind and attentive. Thank you.

We stayed in C102 for a week, and honestly, I could have stayed a month. It’s roomy, comfortable, quiet, and feels safe. More like a house than a rental, with everything you need in the kitchen and the other rooms. There’s a grocery store and Goodwill nearby, plus plenty of fun things to do. A good beach is close too, along with turtles, tickle fish pool, and lots of history.

My sister's place was right by the 3rd hole...

Such a lovely spot, and it was clean too. The sunsets over the ocean were a great view.
