The lanai had amazing sunset views. Sitting out there with a book and a glass of wine felt like having our own little paradise. Cheryl's condo at Keawakapu was quiet, tucked at the end of the second floor, and the whole property felt peaceful, with friendly residents. Unit 206 was cozy, clean, and so well equipped that we couldn't think of a thing we needed that wasn't there, right down to fishing poles, which we happily used. The binder of house information was clear and answered most common questions. Cheryl or her son were available if anything came up. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for my daughter and me to work remotely without problems. There was an assigned parking space, and the paid washers and dryers actually dried clothes without costing a fortune. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to get around on foot. The beach is just steps away, with groceries, eateries, and some of Maui's best beaches nearby. Two AC units and plenty of fans cooled the condo well. We often preferred locking the screen doors and letting the trade winds in during the early morning and evening. I'd highly recommend the place. If you're crew, reach out to Ms. Cheryl!

A quiet little neighborhood where it's easy to unwind. The condo I stayed in was pretty, with nice newer appliances and furniture. Parking was simple and seemed plentiful. There's lovely landscaping, especially on the Makai (Towards the ocean) side, where a small path runs through the property. The condos are tucked between Wailea and Kihei Boat Ramp. It's a non-smoking property, so smoking means taking a short walk out to the street. I'd recommend it for a visit or staycation if you want to relax.

Handy spot for snorkel tours, since the boat ramp is just across the street. A great place to stay near the beach.

The condo is nicely updated, with upscale furnishings, features, and electronics, and costs less than comparable rentals nearby. Getting to the beach beside the Five Palms Hotel takes about 5-10 minutes on foot, but the walk is worth it. It’s one of Hawaii’s best beaches, with a gentle slope, soft sand, and often calm water, which feels safer for small children than rougher, higher-surf beaches. We enjoyed several evenings at the Five Palms bar and restaurant. It’s the only hotel around with a bar right on the beach, and we watched sunsets there often.

Rick and Susie's units are lovely, freshly remodeled, spotless, and comfortable, with beds and a kitchen stocked with just about any appliance you could need. The area of Maui is beautiful and reasonably priced for a stay. Great restaurants and beaches are right across the road, and the beach is a short walk away. What a find, highly recommend!
