Wailea Ekahi Village - CoralTree Residence Collection

We sent in photos and video to document the noise, and asked for reimbursement. The request was declined, but no one explained what criteria were used or how the evidence had been considered. We then formally asked for a manager to review the situation. That message went unanswered. The noise at Wailea Ekahi Village was persistent enough to interfere with our sleep and comfort throughout the stay. It wasn't a small annoyance. What bothered us most was the absence of a clear response after we reported the problem and provided documentation. At this price point, and when booking through a trusted channel, we expected a quiet place to rest and responsible customer support if something went wrong. In our experience, neither was there.

We had a good stay in building 49, though it's a fair walk down to the beach. Most days we drove down s kehei and parked instead of carrying everything downhill, and that worked well. The beachside pool is fantastic, with lots of chairs and a full kitchen. It's a great spot that seems to have something for everyone, including families. I stayed seven nights with my wife and would return, though next time we'd want to be closer to the water. Thank you Pauli family.

The beach right in front of the resort is among the island's prettiest. We also loved unwinding on the private, comfortable patio beside a quiet pool. Unit 42C at Wailea Ekahi village was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and beautifully decorated.

We had a lovely extended weekend in Maui. The condo was private and comfortable, with a full kitchen and a nice balcony. As a Hyatt globalist, we received a welcome basket, and the cookies were delicious. We slept well each night after our excursions. On our last day we went down to the private beach, an area where you could easily spend the whole day. We were very pleased with the stay.
