That cliffside seating area on the left side of the bay is a nice spot set aside for the condo community. We spent two lunches grilling by the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo’s large lanai has comfortable seating and drop-down shades for the late afternoon sun, plus there’s a nice outdoor dining spot just off the kitchen. The development is ideally placed between the Andaz and Marriott, with a short walk to the Wailea shops. It’s easy to keep going toward the Grand Wailea or Four Seasons for a drink or a splurge meal. The beach here is great, and having two pools is a bonus. We’ve just finished seven nights and had a pretty perfect stay. We’ll definitely come back.

We loved starting the day with a walk on the beach, and the oceanfront pool was great. The snorkeling at Ulua Beach is fantastic, too. The condo has an outstanding ocean view, luxurious finishes, and lots of thoughtful conveniences.
