Wailea Elua #305 by Ali'i Resorts

December 2025 We came back after enjoying our first visit and chose condo 1102, much closer to the beach this time. It was newly renovated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The lanai has a great view, and the beach is only a 2-minute walk away. There's carpet in the bedroom and tile everywhere else. The complex is beautiful and very quiet, between the Andaz and the Wailea Beach Resort, with the Shops of Wailea just a short walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you want peace and a break from hotel crowds, this is an introvert's dream. We'd choose this condo again. April 2025 This was our second condo stay in Maui, and we really enjoyed the week. Our unit was nearer the entrance, but up the hill, with an amazing ocean view. It was dated and could use a repaint and new carpet, but it was very clean. They supplied coffee, creamer, dishwasher liquid, and laundry detergent. The coffee and creamer did attract ants, but when we told the office, someone came quickly to take care of them. The office was quick and friendly to communicate with. Both pools are pleasant and relaxing. The lower one has amazing ocean views and is a short walk from the beach and the Andaz next door. The walk back up the hill is good exercise. The pool area is exposed, and more loungers with umbrellas would be helpful. You need to get there early to claim one. The hotels are close, and the Shops of Wailea are about a five-minute walk away. I'm glad we chose this place and would book again, but I'd pick a unit closer to the beach.

We've stayed here a few times and always love it. The property is beautiful and relaxing, and the condo is consistently in good shape. On our last visit, Rosie at the front desk was a pleasure, and everyone from the call center to check-in and housekeeping has been terrific. On a previous trip, we saw whales nearby while kayaking from the beach and spotted turtles snorkeling.

The views are amazing, the property is beautiful, and the staff gave excellent service. We'd recommend staying here, and felt it was worth the price. The check-in process was the one downside. Our booking details didn't make it clear where to go or who to talk to. We called the customer service number and learned that check-in was at an off-site shopping center a few minutes up the road, not at the on-site property management office. We had to pay our taxi driver extra to take us back there. Once we reached the rental company, they let us check in early.

The rooms, 904 and 1201, were fabulous, and both had lovely views. We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful condo, so close to the beach, with fresh towels and a clean room every day. The Tesla service was great too. The drivers arrived quickly and were really friendly. The reservation team and front desk were so helpful, and quickly found a crib for our baby. It was a magical family stay and felt like the perfect place for us. Now we're planning the next visit...😉
