Coachman's Inn & Suites

The staff were kind, though the service overall was just decent. The rooms were a good size and looked nice, but both rooms we booked had flies, at least a dozen that we swatted. I couldn't tell where they were coming from, and it made the rooms feel like they weren't in their best condition. We were given two key cards for each room, but only one worked. I guess you get what you pay for 👍

We got a peaceful night's sleep, and the room was fresh and clean from floor to ceiling. Everything, from the sheets to the bathtub, felt new after the renovation. We arrived much later than planned, around 1am, and were still welcomed with a friendly smile. Having stayed at another motel in the area a few years ago, our expectations weren't high, but this was a great room for a reasonable price. We'll absolutely book here again when we're back in Waldron.

The woman on staff comes across as rude and always seems like she hates her job. If friendly service matters to you, don't stay here.

The manager was really nice and even called to check on me before I arrived, since she knew I'd be late. There's an off-leash area for my dog, too. For a small motel, the room was nice, and I'll stay here again when I'm in the area.
