After a long day of driving, I arrived close to one in the morning and could get a room and some much-needed rest. The staff were kind, the beds comfortable, the AC cool, and the shower warm with good pressure. The motel sits well back from the main highway, so road noise wasn't an issue, and the parking lot was well lit at night. It's right behind a McDonalds, which was handy for morning coffee or breakfast before getting back on the road. Please don't let the negative reviews put you off. I had an excellent stay and would consider staying here again next time I'm in Waldron.

For the price, this place isn't what I'd call “janky.” The room was clean and looked well cared for, and it was super affordable. The staff were friendly, too, and let me borrow their iPhone charger :)

They got a pet-friendly room cleaned and ready for me when I arrived late. Small pets are allowed for a $25 fee. My king room was clean and spacious, though the furniture was a little worn but still usable. It's no Ritz, but for what it is, the price is good value.

The room was fine until the A/C shut off at 1:33 a.m. and it started warming up. The unit has a timer you have to program. I set it for 8 hours, but it stopped after 4, so I had to get up at 1:33 a.m. to reprogram it.

The woman who checked us in was really friendly, and the room was very clean. She even offered towels in case I needed them for the rain on my motorcycle. I'd definitely recommend this location.
