The Finch motel had a really interesting look, retro chic but still modern and functional. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the shower was great. One thing to know, there isn't a coffee pot in the room, so my caffeine had to wait. The lobby coffee was delicious. Grab a Red Bull before settling in for the night.

This was our second time at The Finch, and we love the place. The room layout, staff, and location are incredible, especially if you're looking for somewhere in downtown Walla Walla. I also love that they provide Malin and Goetz bathroom products. They're second to none and leave you smelling like a Roman Gawd. Seriously, we think this spot is fabulous.

It's easy to walk downtown from here, which makes the location good. The rooms are generally near streets and intersections, so there's plenty of road noise, and light sleepers may struggle. For the nightly rate, I think the room and its amenities should be a bit better.

The evening staff were great. They took the time to help me find the kind of room I wanted and gave me local information. It felt like professional hospitality had returned to this hotel, and I'll be back. The room was creatively appointed and the shower was great. The bed was a bit too soft for me.

The rooms were clean and neat, with an interesting look. A few of the finer details could use some polish, but it's still a good deal. The soundproofing could be better, and the AC was louder than I'd like, though the stay was well worth it overall.
