We got no service at all. They never sent us a code to enter the room, and there was no answer to our calls or phone message. We also got no response on social media or through the website. They refused to refund our money.

There's a bar downstairs, and restaurants and shops are right nearby. The space itself was clean, roomy, and really comfortable, and the people were friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again.
