Walnut Creek Marriott

What stood out most was how much comfort and care we got for the price. The quiet surroundings made it easy to sleep deeply and wake up refreshed, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was simple but thoughtfully put together. The welcome felt sincere and easy, with the reception team combining warmth and professionalism in a way you don't come across often. The standard of comfort felt higher than expected, so I'd gladly recommend the place and return.

I needed to add a second night, and Elbert and Pierre made booking another room painless. They also adjusted the rate to make the extra night more affordable. We were there for a tournament with lots of parents and kids, and the two of them made sure everyone had what they needed. They were kind to the children and made them feel welcome. The breakfast staff in the morning were pleasant and helped get the kids and parents ready for the day. I've stayed at so many Marriott hotels as a Bonvoy member, and I rarely write reviews, but the service here was incredible. I love Marriott, and Elbert and Pierre showed better hospitality than I've experienced at any Marriott, ever. They deserve recognition for how well they treated us.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and the valet team were both friendly and efficient. That kind of hospitality made our stay memorable. Thanks for a great experience!

He was hands-on and clearly invested in making guests feel well looked after, which sets this property apart. The Walnut Creek Marriott was elegant and well maintained, with spotless rooms, very comfortable beds, and an upscale but welcoming lobby. Everything from check-in through check-out exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bay Area. A gem in Walnut Creek.
