The room was in rough shape, and there was trash around the property. We chose this stop partly because a continental breakfast was advertised, but there wasn't one. I also asked twice for towels and an extra pillow, and neither arrived. The worst part was being given another guest's room while he was away. I was showering when he pounded on the door around 11 at night and said it was his room. Having a strange man suddenly banging there scared the crap out of me. We usually like staying at Wyndham hotels, but this was the worst Baymont we've tried. No compensation, and nobody seemed to care.

There was one towel for the two of us, no toilet paper, and hair and other questionable stuff on the sheets. The room smelled awful. This place was disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

4/10
The ceiling had stains and cracks, with bits of plaster missing. The bathroom light was unreliable and usually came on only after flipping the switch a few times. We also found just one towel for the two of us, with no shampoo, conditioner, or Kleenex. The room was reasonably clean, but it smelled as if someone had been smoking. I wouldn't come back. I know this isn't one of Wyndham's top chains, but their name made me expect a little better.

The second room had stained beds, an outlet that sparked, and a smell like weed. The first room was no better in its own way: the TV was on, chairs had been moved, and there were no door handles or lock. We were moved between two rooms, and both had dirty walls and holes. I wouldn't bring small kids or animals here, or stay here at all.

The second room had a cigarette burn in the bedspread, no towels or toilet paper, and smelled like someone had smoked pot recently. The first one was still being repaired and wasn't ready for anyone to stay in. I should've looked at more places first.
