Dana was so kind and knew her stuff, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean, and the building felt very safe. It’s a nice area, close to public transportation. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is great, with every kind of restaurant you could want on Moody Street just a walk away. Parking was free and on site, and I’d definitely stay here again. The desk isn’t staffed at every time of day, but the instructions about that were clear. I picked this hotel because reviews said it was clean, and it certainly was.

My stay at Crescent Suites Hotel was back in the early 2010s, when I was visiting my sister at Brandeis University. I was traveling alone, and the place felt more like a little apartment than a hotel, which made the trip easy and comfortable. I still remember the breakfast: eggs made to order just how I liked them, plus handcrafted coffee that was much better than the usual hotel brew. The warm, personal service left a lasting impression. It’s been more than 10 years, and I still think about that stay. Crescent Suites was a hidden gem for comfort and convenience just outside Boston, and a good choice for someone visiting Brandeis. If the service and setup are still anything like they were then, I think visitors today would be in good hands.

It was a nice stay, and having just one manager at Crescent Suites Hotel besides the cleaning staff wasn’t a problem. Breakfast is advertised, but they don’t offer it. They stopped during COVID.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bathtub was great, just as other reviews had said. I wish I’d brought groceries so I could have used the full kitchen. I’ll plan for that next time.
