The rooms are simple, but clean, and the beds are really comfortable. It’s conveniently close to everything, and the prices are excellent compared with nearby places.

I had a king room last night. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC cooled the room well. In the morning, the shower was nice and hot, and there were plenty of towels for two, plus bars of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. If you're staying in Warm Springs, this is a nice, affordable option. A+++.

Avoid this place! Triple zero. The bathroom ceiling had holes, the toilet was dirty, and paint was peeling. Staff picked up our used towels and then forgot to leave replacements. TERRIBLE!

The room was fairly clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff member I saw the next morning was very nice. I found the ground-floor setup useful, with just a curb to step over and poles to hold for support. Some features were hard for me with my medical challenges and invisible disabilities. The toilet was so low that sitting down and getting back up was difficult with sciatica, and the bed's bottom edge hurt when I got off it. The chairs came in handy for leaning on and getting support. The tub was standard, but nerve pain made stepping over it difficult, so during my one-night stay I stood to the side to wash my hair. The woman who checked me in said they keep one room for people with visible disabilities. If you use aids for stability or pain relief, bring them for the issues I mentioned. Hope this helps with your travels.
