The room situation on the last morning left me feeling shaken. After a call around 11:00 AM asking when we’d be checking out, I said we were packing and getting ready to go. About 20 minutes later, the office manager came into the room while I was undressed and asked if we needed help leaving. That felt invasive and completely inappropriate. When we left, two cars were parked right outside our room rather than in spaces. The people inside looked tense, like things could turn physical, and I felt unsafe. I’d booked one night in an upgraded Jacuzzi room and paid extra for it. The TV didn’t work, but that wasn’t what bothered me most. The front desk manager was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Even if we were a few minutes late, I’d have gladly paid a late fee instead of being treated that way. This was the scariest hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to a woman, a couple, or anyone worried about safety.

Nicole made check-in feel welcoming and easy. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Her excellent customer service didn’t go unnoticed.

I keep coming back partly because of the location, but the check-in is easy too. Whenever Nicole is working, she makes the whole process much smoother with how pleasant she is. She greets you warmly when you walk in, and you can tell she enjoys her job. It’s nice to see someone so qualified and respectful.

The room was well taken care of by housekeeping. At the desk, the staff were professional, kind, and quick getting us checked in. If we’re back in the area, we’ll stay here again without hesitation.
