Quality Inn & Suites near Robins Air Force Base

I left at 9:32 am on 10/18/25, after staying Thursday and Friday. On Thursday night I slept in room 107 and was getting bitten in bed. The front desk clerk gave me another room after I reported it, and that room was fine. But when I left Saturday morning, I hoped we'd talk about some accommodation. They said the room change was the accommodation for getting bitten by bedbugs. That's all they offered. Better customer service would have made this right, though I know not everyone provides that. Take the review as you will.

They didn't have the room I'd booked, so they moved me to a king for the same price. I love the couch in here. It's huge, and there's probably enough space for another king bed.

The place was quiet, clean, and seemed safe, with spacious rooms that have a desk and couch, plus free breakfast. For a short stay, maybe 1-2 nights at most, it was fine. But there are smoking and non-smoking rooms, and mine still sometimes smelled of secondhand smoke. There doesn't seem to be a do-not-disturb option. Someone even took the sign off my door after one night, so I had no privacy every morning. While I was out, a housekeeper came in and took every towel, leaving me with none. I can't handle the smoke smell and lack of privacy, so I won't be back.

The lobby and exterior looked beautifully kept, which hid how bad the rooms were. My children and I had barely been inside for two minutes when I spotted a roach on the wall. The next day, there were more in the sink and bathroom and crawling out from under the furniture. We were visiting family in Georgia and spent little time in the room, but sleeping there was uncomfortable. There were holes in the sheets, and the AC wouldn't turn off even when I pressed the power button. I'm surprised we didn't see bed bugs too. The place was gross, and I'll never stay at another Quality Inn.
