Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins

For a company with a good name, this place looks bad. The walls made it feel like a hotel in a third world country, and the facility needs an upgrade. The ice machine was on the third floor. Our room smelled as if pest control had just left, the shower was dirty, there was trash under the bed, and everything was dusty. Even the white sheets had marks on them. For real!

They put us on the third floor, but the elevators were broken. The room smelled terrible, and the bed was awful, hard and squeaky, with springs you could feel sticking up. It really needs upgrades. This is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I’ll never come back, and after this, I’ll never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. This was the second one I’ve stayed at with o, and the experience was the same.

The elevator was broken. The front desk lady did tell us beforehand, which was fine, but then they still put us in a room all the way up on the third floor. The room smelled bad and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned: the toilet was dirty, there was candle wax on the floor, wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall, and there was a hole in the door behind the entrance door. They need renovations and updates. I wish I’d read the Google reviews before spending my money here. I regret staying and won’t be back. I wish there were a place to post the pictures I took. Don’t waste your money coming here.

My room is funky, filthy, and dusty. I spoke with the manager about its condition, and she said there was nothing she could do about how unclean it was. It’s awful having to pay to sleep in a place like this. If I could give the hotel zero stars, I would.
