The room was comfortable, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and well kept. The common areas were pleasant, and everything ran smoothly. Still, Sam was what made this stay stand out. She was warm, professional, and kind from the moment we arrived, and she made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. She anticipated what we might need, helped coordinate details, answered questions, and checked in with a confident, positive manner. It felt like she truly cared about us, not just the procedures. The hotel manager was also accommodating and supportive. That kind of leadership seems to give the staff room to look after guests well, and it showed in our experience. Sam made the Cleveland East Marriott feel comfortable and calm after long workdays, and she represents the best of the Marriott brand. We’d gladly return and recommend this location to colleagues and friends. If you meet Sam, you’ll see why she made such an impression.

The property has plenty of spaces that seem suited to meetings, conferences, or events. We had a pleasant stay, and the spacious suites would work well for a big family. If you can book the M Suite, it’s especially impressive, and the free breakfast is worth taking advantage of if it’s offered. Service varied. Some employees were attentive and helpful, while others seemed a bit scattered. The weekday woman in charge of breakfast in the M suite was especially welcoming and made mornings nicer. I also got to use the nice gym. The indoor pool looked inviting, though we didn’t have time to try it.

As an Elite member, I get free brunch and access to the M lounge. The room was very clean, and the bedding was fresh as always. The front desk staff were hospitable, polite, and accommodating in the couple of times I spoke with them. Great hotel.

The people working there were friendly and respectful, and I’d consider staying again. I just hope the place is less dusty next time. The room’s finishes looked rushed: the bathroom switch and outlet were badly crooked, and the TV was mounted so unevenly that I had to prop up one corner with a cardboard box. Breakfast is something to plan for, either by going out or paying sit-down prices for a limited buffet.
