This was a terrible stay, and nowhere near worth almost $600. The hallways past check-in were dirty, and every ice cube we made in the fridge had black stuff in it. Housekeeping said stays longer than two days get light service, but in practice there was no service at all: the trash stayed full for all three days and nobody collected our dirty towels. Breakfast had hard bacon in a weird shape, fake eggs, and fresh fruit. The pool was warm and dirty, with long black hairs floating everywhere. Warm water means bacteria, and it looked like nobody was manually sweeping it or the filtration wasn't working well. I asked for water and was told to get it from the fridge for $4 a bottle, so even basic water wasn't free. The WiFi stopped working on day two. I've stayed with Hyatt before, but this location was the worst. Corporate should do a surprise inspection or send a secret guest to see how lazy things are here.

Good option for an extended stay. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, with a pullout couch that worked well for kids. There was a two-burner stove, full refrigerator, and microwave. The room looked a little dated, with some drywall repairs needing touch-ups and the seal around the shower door needing to be redone. There's a pool, a small gym, and two conference rooms. Breakfast was included, had a good selection for everyone, and tasted good.

They remembered me from earlier stays, and everyone greeted me with a smile and hello. Those little things matter. The fitness room was clean and everything worked, and I liked that they use real plates for breakfast. Great place for the price.

Parking was easy, breakfast was good and included, and the staff were wonderful. My one complaint was smoke smell coming through the vents into my room, especially since this is a non-smoking hotel.

We were treated kindly and respectfully by the staff. The room was comfortable, tidy, and well furnished, and the service was excellent. A nice hotel for a short visit or a longer stay.
