Hyatt Place Warwick / Providence Airport

The staff were accommodating and let me stay an extra hour past checkout because I'd lost heat at home in the blizzard. I had a great stay in a clean room with clean beds and bathroom. There are showers only, no bathtubs, and no hot tub by the pool. Even though it's by the northeast corridor, you can barely hear Amtrak go by.

Paul at the front desk was the best and made sure we had a great stay. Our family of five, with three kids, had a blast, and both the hotel and pool were great. The room service was the weak point: they replaced the towels each day but left the room as it was, without cleaning up or making the beds. Overall, I'd recommend it, though the service gets three stars from me.

We called to say our flight was delayed by two hours and we'd arrive at 3 a.m. The desk staff waited for us and unlocked the front door when we got there, which was great in the freezing weather. The hotel is walkable from TF Green airport, handy when flights arrive after rental car companies have closed. Breakfast was decent and hot, with omelettes made to order and several ingredients to choose from.

The hotel is right by the airport and train station, and near local attractions like trampoline parks, malls, and a zoo. My family had an excellent three-night stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, and there was a nice gym, pool, and business center/lobby. The continental breakfast was fantastic, with lots to choose from: bagels, toast, eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, breakfast potatoes, French toast or waffles, coffee, tea, and juice. We enjoyed it and highly recommend the hotel.
