Roselyn checked me in for my December 12-14 stay, and she was amazing. She set the tone for the whole visit and seemed perfect at what she does. Marriott has a brand standard, and she embodies it with ease. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Night Audit Rick was helpful and attentive too, even at 2:30am. My family and I will definitely make this location a go-to.

The women's bathroom by the lobby had water running down the hall on Sunday. The night before, the elevator wasn't working, so I had to find the stairs. The exit signs didn't work either, just the light beside them glowed. And before using the bathroom, check for toilet paper. If you need breakfast at 6am on Saturday or Sunday, look elsewhere, since the milk was under lock and key. A real Hamfest dream come true. Stay here if you like, but you've been warned. I won't be back.

The waffles at breakfast were the standout for me. Freshly made, crisp outside and light inside, with toppings to choose from. The dining area stayed tidy, too. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff took time to explain the amenities and breakfast hours. The lobby felt modern, immaculate, and welcoming, and the service came across as genuine. My suite was spacious, well lit, and spotlessly clean, with crisp linens and dust-free surfaces. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and gave me a restful night, which can be hard to find while traveling. The location was convenient for dining and transit, yet quiet enough to sleep peacefully. The value was unbeatable for the comfort and service. I travel often and have high standards, and this Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. I’ll book here again when I’m in the area.

I travel more than 100 nights a year and have reached one of Marriott’s top Bonvoy levels. This is the first suburban hotel I’ve seen charge a ridiculous $3 per night for parking. It’s the principle that bothers me, not the amount. If you need more revenue, raise the rates instead of hiding a fee. I’ve crossed this hotel off my list and won’t stay here again.
