The building has stayed clean, secure, and well cared for, and questions are handled quickly. The property manager helps make the community feel welcoming. From the first tour through move-in, the leasing staff were professional, efficient, and genuinely considerate, making the whole process clear and easy. It’s obvious the team takes pride in the place. I’d recommend 1301 Thomas Circle to anyone looking for a well-managed home in Washington, DC.

The property manager really looks out for residents and keeps the community safe, clean, and inviting. The leasing team made things easy right from the start, always friendly, professional, and willing to help. You can tell the building is run by people who care about their work. I’ve been here since July 2024 and am loving it. The building is clean and quiet, the staff are very professional, and maintenance gets back to you quickly. Great experience so far! Mo L

The parking price went up unexpectedly after just one month at the stated rate. They also leave the garage entrance and exit unshoveled, apparently waiting for cars to make a path by driving back and forth. And they still won’t fix the door to the garage on p3z.
