Best Western Plus Settlers Point

Breakfast was the best part for me. The kitchen staff were amazing, and the house-made caramel frappe and breakfast sandwiches were so good. There was also a coffee machine with cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, and more, plus lots of tables, couches, and a pleasant lobby. The room was clean, though the shower head needs work. I don’t mind the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but finding the body wash empty while I was showering wasn’t great. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

We had a beautiful, quiet room and didn’t hear any freeway noise, even though the map made me think we might. The gym, pool, and spa were nice, and all the employees were very pleasant. Getting to the freeway was easy. We were very happy with our stay at best Western Plus and would definitely come back.

It’s a little outside town, which suited me fine, and there was plenty of parking. The room and property felt clean and fresh, and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was free, hot, and offered a better range than I’ve had at similar hotel chains. I’d stay here again.

The room lighting was good, the bathrooms were really nice, and the rooms themselves were fantastic. There’s good food nearby, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was the one letdown. For what the room costs, I expected better, even allowing for ordinary hotel breakfast standards. The eggs were dry outside and watery inside, the sausage seemed undercooked, and the coffee was nasty. Still, it’s a nice hotel aside from that.
