We'd been staying here and paying the rent faithfully without any problems, and I was glad to be here with my family. Then I nearly died and ended up in the ICU at OSF after three surgeries and a blood transfusion. While I was fighting for my life, they put my family out, even though they knew we had nowhere else to go and gave no reason. Now my husband and our three dogs are living in a car that doesn't run. I don't know if what they did was legal, and I'm trying to find out. Maybe it's okay for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer. When you say posting reviews doesn't help, do you mean it doesn't help me or your business? My family has nowhere to go because of you. People need to know what could happen during their stay.

Just a basic, reasonable room. It was $55.00 a night.

The beds were comfortable, and the owner was really friendly. The TVs are smart TVs, and there's a gas station and Dairy Queen just a few steps away. You can't beat it for the price. I'll stay again next time I'm in Washington.

This felt shady. I called ahead with the day and time I needed the room, and he quoted me a price. When I arrived, I went over the dates again and he gave me that same price. I paid and got my keys, then he came back and said that price was only for one night. He was trying to charge me what I'd pay at a Comfort Inn. I'm not giving my hard-earned money to crooks.

At $40/night, the rates are phenomenal and hard to find these days. The rooms are small and a bit dated, with doors opening straight onto the parking lot, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. I didn't see any bugs. Each room has a desk, mirror, window, and a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The TVs are modern and have cable. Laundry facilities are on site, and I believe there's a weekly rate. The owner is a kind and courteous Indian gentleman who speaks very limited, broken English. The hotel is in a nice, safe community and is convenient for walking to a gas station, dollar store, restaurants, and other shopping. The decor feels like the late '80s mixed with finds from a church sale, but I'd recommend it to travelers.
