For a concert at the Arena, the location was very convenient. We also enjoyed the attached Irish Pub. It felt warm and convenient, and the staff there were lovely. The hotel must be old, but they do a great job maintaining it. I’d stay again. The rooms get four stars for the price, not five, because the heating and AC units could use an upgrade. I understand that’s expensive, and for one night I was okay with it. All the hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. A valet parking tip we hadn’t known: if there’s an open valet spot in the parking area to the right when you arrive, pull in there instead of stopping on the street. Gather your things, then go inside to sort everything out.

The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and the service really impressed me. At breakfast, the attendants were happy to help with whatever we needed. We were in DC for my son’s 10th birthday. The staff overheard us talking about it and said they wanted to do something special for him. They went above and beyond, and he had a memorable birthday. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and will be back. Breakfast had loads of choices, the service was awesome, and our room was comfortable with working A/C. Chinatown is fun to explore, and the Caps arena is just down the street. When we left, Shimelis took good care of our van and loaded our bags for us. Thanks for a great visit!

Parking in an unfamiliar city can be stressful, and Mazimba and his team made it easy for me. They greet you warmly when you pull up and have helped me with my luggage every time I've stayed. Their mobile app lets you call for your car before you leave your room, too. The whole team is professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for a DC visit.

We came with a large group for the National March for Life, and everyone agreed we'd stay here again. It was easy to walk to the National Mall, and the hotel was close to the Metro, St. Mary Mother of God, and plenty of restaurants. The staff were welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend.
