Grand Hyatt Washington

Robert from valet deserves a special mention. He was professional, friendly, and so attentive, with a warm manner and a real willingness to help. He went above and beyond and left a lasting impression on us. Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was wonderful from arrival onward. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a relaxing feel. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed, and service across the property was outstanding. Everything felt welcoming, professional, and well managed.

For a work trip in Washington DC, the Grand Hyatt made it easy to get around. It's right in the city center, within walking distance of good restaurants, coffee spots, and my office meetings. The amenities were convenient, and after a long day it was nice to have a quiet place to relax. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were welcoming and professional every time I interacted with them. The hotel feels modern and upscale, but still warm. It really exceeded my expectations. I'd stay again and recommend the Grand Hyatt Washington for work or leisure.

People here make a point of engaging with you. They smile, make eye contact, say hello as you pass, and ask how things are going. That's the kind of service you'd expect from an upscale hotel, and the Grand Hyatt delivers it from top to bottom. Kudos to management for building that service culture and hiring such wonderful people, which isn't easy.

The place is beautiful, comfortable, and fun, and I had such a grand time. Yvette and Lamara at the front desk were so helpful, Charles was a cool bellman, and Aster was lovely at the bar. Mai and Nancy helped me out at the Grand club too. A wonderful place to stay in DC, close to everything.
