The people are what made this stay stand out. Mikiyah, Zeira, and Manny were exceptional throughout my visit. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely compassionate, and I won't forget the impression they made. Every staff member I met was warm, patient, and kind. Their recommendations, directions, answers, and help with whatever came up never felt like too much trouble. I travel often and have stayed at highly rated hotels around the world. There may be newer or more luxurious places in Washington DC, but few could match the care and service I received here. Being greeted warmly each day and having staff check that I was comfortable made the hospitality feel personal and more welcoming than at many luxury hotels. The location is excellent for exploring the city. From the moment I arrived, I felt looked after and at ease. This was one of the most genuinely welcoming and memorable hotel stays I've had. If you value caring staff and real hospitality, I'd happily recommend it. I'm grateful for the experience and would gladly return.

The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner, and the room had a minibar as well as its own fridge. The hotel is downtown and within a 20 minute walk of the National Mall, so most DC attractions are easy to reach on foot. I stayed over the weekend, and when a storm back home delayed my travel, the hotel helped extend my booking without any hassle. Great hotel, and I'd definitely stay again.

The bathroom had an AMAZING city view, which helped make up for its awkward layout: the door only opened about 60% before hitting the toilet. The bed was around a 3.5/5 for comfort, though I still slept well. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. I stayed at the Hamilton Hotel for a last-minute night out back in December and really enjoyed it. The hotel is nice and well located, easy to get in and out of whether you're exploring DC or staying nearby. I'm planning to come back soon.

The hotel kept our bags all day after checkout, so we could enjoy the city without hauling them around. That was a perfect end to a fantastic stay. Every staff interaction was friendly and attentive, and they clearly cared about making our visit special. Before arriving, we needed to add another adult to the reservation. It was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. We were welcomed warmly at check-in, which was efficient and even earlier than expected. The bellman went out of his way to help my mother-in-law get to the White House. He gave her a map and carefully explained how to get around the nearby construction. When we got to the room, extra towels for our son and another bathrobe arrived almost immediately. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were top-notch, some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit in Washington, DC. From making the reservation to checking out, service at the Hamilton Hotel was outstanding. Beautiful accommodations, amazing staff, and exceptional service. We'd absolutely stay again. 1000/10!
