The building was clean, well kept, and in a great spot, but Sean is what made me sure 425 Mass was the right place for me. I’d booked a self-guided tour and he greeted me as soon as I came into the leasing office, then took me around himself and walked me through the move-in steps, fees, amenities, and the rest. His hospitality made me feel at home right away. Sean sent me a quote that same day, helped me with the application, and kept checking in before my move-in date. I’m really excited to move in in a couple of weeks!

Having DC right outside is hard to beat, and the amenities are top-tier. I’ve been at 425 Mass Ave almost a year, and it’s been a great home while I’m juggling law school. The staff are dependable and quick to respond when tenants need something. Brianna Phillips and Nicolas Guerrero deserve a shoutout, and Tim and Yolanda on the concierge team make the day-to-day easier with their professionalism. Maintenance is on point too. I’m grateful to live here.

We’ve called this building home for three years and have had a great experience. The maintenance crew on site is efficient and professional, and Yolanda at the front desk is always friendly and ready to help. Brianna in the leasing office rocks, she’s responsive and easy to work with. We love living here.

The area is peaceful, and I’m really happy living in this building. The concierge and maintenance teams are efficient and sweet, and the leasing staff treated me well while I was applying. Brianna Philips deserves a special mention. She guided me through those days, and her help and hard work were key to getting me settled into this apartment that I love. I’ve had no problems since moving in, and I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The place is clean and up to date, and the front desk staff are friendly. Sean was a lifesaver at the leasing office, with stellar service, and the whole leasing team was attentive. Highly recommend!
