Omni Shoreham

The staff were welcoming and we had no issues. I do wish they had a pet relief area for service animals traveling with their handler. Also, don’t use the coffee machine in the room! I was in town for a November conference honoring veterans, my first time visiting from Cali. I arrived a day early to see the town, and David at the hotel concierge desk, I think that was his name, helped book a tour. It was convenient since they picked us up at the hotel and dropped us back afterward. The hotel is nice, though dated. Everything in my room worked except the little hot fridge in the dresser, which they should replace. There was construction during the week, but the noise didn’t bother me since I wasn’t in the room much. The coffee shop and restaurant were excellent. Room service had just closed when we got back hungry from the tour, and they could only make one burger for us to share, but they comped it. There’s a CVS a block away for drinks and snacks.

We’ve recently learned that this lovely hotel sets up a big room with bouncy houses and other fun things for kids a few times a week. We spent time there this evening, December 13, with Yvette, who was lovely and attentive. It’s terrific that the hotel makes space for children to play, and we’re glad we found out about it. The hotel is beautiful, with a nicely appointed lobby and a large, welcoming area. It’s family friendly, which we really appreciate. We look forward to spending more time here and sharing the activities with others.

We stayed at the Omni shoram hotel in Georgetown, and Vandanna, Lidya, and Hugo were AMAZING! Lidya at the bar was phenomenal. She made the greatest espresso martini I’ve ever had, and her white tea shot was also out of the park. Because of Lydia, we give this place a 10/10. She made our night with those amazing drinks, and we’ll be back to see her 🩵

Lacey and Lelise made our hotel stay so special. I went with my two best girl friends for a mom’s night away from the kids, and it was perfect. We loved the room and the great service, and the location worked perfectly for us. The Valentine’s Day decorations were beautiful, too. Thanks for a wonderful night away!
