It's an affordable hotel within walking distance of Union Square Marketplace and public transportation stops. The parking lot is a bit tight, but at least you can see your car from the room. Our room was clean and quiet, with a TV and fridge. Unlike at other hotels, there was no iron, hair dryer, microwave, or coffee machine.

The service was amazing. He even switched on the heat so the room would be warm when we got there. I love this peaceful place, especially the squeaky-clean bathtub where I can stretch out and relax in bubbles. 10/10, I always recommend it!

Everyone here is super nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They let us leave our work trailer parked here for the day, which helped us a lot. We'll stay here whenever we're back in the D.C. area.

I checked three rooms and saw the same thing in each one. There's a serious bed bug infestation here, so please don't stay. When you get a room, lift the mattress and pull off the sheets. You'll see big red stains on the mattress. That's someone's blood from bed bug bites and excretion, not Kool-Aid. It's gross. Don't do it.

The room was a decent size and the location was great for all sorts of things, including D.C. main attractions, Medstar, and Children’s Hospital. The hotel itself wasn't the greatest. The floor felt kind of sticky, and one of the sheets had a cigarette burn.
