Residence Inn By Marriott St. George

The breakfast was the best complimentary one I’ve had, with plenty of high-protein choices, waffles, breakfast sandwiches and omelets, pastries, yogurt, and options for kids and adults. The beds were so comfortable, and the TV lets you sign into Netflix or Prime or connect an HDMI cable. We loved the clean, well-stocked pools and hot tubs, especially the heated Lazy River, which my daughter had a blast in. The hot tubs were the cleanest I’ve seen, and the big fire pits were beautiful and warm. The gym was impressive too, with three treadmills, two benches, free weights, towels, and more. There’s a big common area with lots of seating for small and large groups, plus EV charging out front. We booked last minute and were blown away by the massive room and how much it had. The large fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen equipment will be good to have on a future visit. The bathroom was clean, had plenty of storage, and a roomy shower with lots of toiletry shelves. The golf course view was stunning, and we grabbed our binoculars to birdwatch from the room. I couldn’t find an ice machine, but the front desk filled my bottle for me.

The bar in the lobby is handy for a drink or quick bite, and the outdoor pool area is outstanding, with a large heated pool, a Lazy River, and two massive hot tubs. It’s a brand-new hotel right on the golf course, with lovely views over the course from my room.

Brandy, the General Manager, was accommodating and focused on service, and the property has lots of amenities. I especially liked the many EV charging stations near the front entrance. We had an excellent stay and will definitely come back.

It was cozy for the two nights we stayed. The heated pool was a nice feature, and the gym was basic but useful.
