I’d give them zero if I could. I booked through booking.com in February, but had to cancel because travel restrictions in D.C. and my state prevented the trip, and the event was canceled too. I canceled within the allowed timeframe, yet SoBe Waterfront Apartments and Booking.com both gave me the runaround. I still haven’t received my $1481 refund since canceling in March. Don’t use this company!

I booked through Expedia, but they canceled my reservation just 7 days before the stay. I bought insurance for the booking and never got a refund. These people are scammers.

I went to see friends from Australia while they were on a five-week family tour of our country. They were staying in a home-like two-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. We had dinner together there. With space to prepare meals and laundry facilities for washing and drying, it offers the convenience of home and makes family travel easier. I’d highly recommend it for a traveling family.

I booked and paid for the hotel in Miami through Booking.com, with free cancellation. But after I canceled, the money still hadn’t been returned more than a month later.

They cancel your reservation a week before your stay, then you have to fight to get your refund. Don’t use them!
