The elevator is unbelievably slow. Taking the stairs is honestly faster. The place was very clean, especially the shared areas that often get overlooked, and the staff were generally nice and helpful. A few got too involved in my business, though, and that really stressed my dog out. After the big snowstorm, a whole week went by without snow being cleared. I nearly fell several times just crossing the parking lot. It felt like nobody could get anything done when the main manager was away or something.

The noon checkout was the best part of the timing, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We were just off the highway and about five minutes from the town of Washington. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were clean and had the essentials: a full fridge and freezer with an ice maker, a small kitchenette sink and stove, a desk, TV, and closet.

My room was very clean, but I wouldn’t come back. The hotel is huge and right by the highway, so there’s a lot of noise from traffic and semis. Doors bang constantly, the walls are thin, and you can hear everything in your room. The hotel says rooms have dishes and glasses, but mine had nothing except a couple of dish towels. There wasn’t a coffee maker either, and breakfast wasn’t included. It’s a rent-controlled hotel and people definitely live there. Not a place I’d recommend for a quiet, relaxing night.

I’ve stayed here off and on for work for about a year. Tim the manager and his team are wonderful, and the hotel is clean and nice.
