The nearby parking was much cheaper than valet, which felt overpriced. Inside, the hotel was modern and very clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The AC took ages to cool the room, so it stayed warm most of the time. The door lock also kept failing, and I had to call an engineer repeatedly to get it fixed and regain access. Still, it was a great hotel and I’d stay again.

The hospitality really stood out, from Tay, Zoe, Nelly, the Colombian guy at the front desk, and the very nice valet staff. I was blown away by the attention to detail and how comfortable the hotel felt. It’s spacious and super modern, with such a good energy. I usually stay at citizenM and love it, but I’m even more in love with this beautiful place. So happy I chose it for my work trip. I highly recommend it, it’s a must see and a great experience.

Only a block from the metro, and the rooms seemed competitively priced. We found the hotel very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Great place in an excellent location. I’d stay here again.

We were in town overnight for Cardi B's concert and booked a king room. It was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the layout, size, and design. The bathroom was roomy too. Everyone we encountered, including the front desk staff, was friendly. We didn’t use any services, though I’m sure they were great. Parking can be tricky, but we got lucky and found street parking right across from the hotel. I’d definitely stay again.
