Rose's breakfasts are a big part of why we keep coming back. She has coffee, tea, juice and fruit ready, plus a full breakfast that’s phenomenal. Tim and Rose always greet us warmly and make their home feel like ours. We’ve stayed at B&Bs all over the country, and Grammy Rose's is the most charming for hospitality and quality.

Breakfast was excellent, and the house itself was beautiful and a joy to stay in. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, always ready to do what they could to make us more comfortable. I’d gladly stay again when I’m in the area.

We had a really nice stay. The caretaker was friendly, the home is beautiful, and breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed French-pressed coffee on the porch and a pretty walk over to the koi pond.

The hostess was helpful and friendly, and made a lovely breakfast. We enjoyed staying in this Victorian home, which has been nicely restored and furnished.

The gazebo and pond were new additions for me, and they made it an especially nice place to unwind. It was another wonderful stay with Grammy Rose, with the same delightful hospitality and superb breakfast as always.
