The team was professional, friendly, and attentive, and the food and service were outstanding. The location also made it easy to get out and enjoy Washington, DC. We had a pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel and would recommend it for those strengths. A few room details could be improved: the bathroom needs a lock for privacy and some towel racks or other hanging space. Finding the room service menu wasn't intuitive, so a more visible or digital version would help. The TV also couldn't cast from personal devices, an amenity many travelers expect. With those thoughtful changes, the guest experience could be even better.

Marcelino and the front desk team made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the stay. The hotel has a great, easygoing feel, and the drinks at its gorgeous bar were delicious. I liked the water taps on every floor and the room design, too. The rooms aren't huge, but mine was comfortable and had everything I could want. One of my most enjoyable trips, and I'll stay here again next time I'm in DC.

For our anniversary weekend, Yours Truly had champagne, truffles, and macaroons waiting in the room, which really set the tone for the whole visit. My wife and I first found the hotel a few years ago and loved the experience. Mercy Me gives the place a laid-back atmosphere, the front desk staff are always smiling and welcoming, and the rooms feel like a city apartment for the weekend. We were sorry to leave, but we're looking forward to coming back. Thanks, Yours Truly, for a great time.

There's music all around this hotel, and vinyl everywhere you look. They have live music and DJs, and you can choose a record from the collection to take to your room and play on a record player. The staff are kind and make an effort to give you a great stay. My room was spacious and clean, and the beds were terrific. Wonderful hotel in Washington, DC, and I'd definitely stay again.

We had no noise issues, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious, with modern, beautiful fixtures, and the hotel itself has a classy feel. Everyone we met at the front desk, door, and restaurant was kind and respectful. The location worked well for us, with plenty of cafes and restaurants and the metro within walking distance. My husband and I loved our stay and would return, and we'll recommend it to our friends.
