Candlewood Suites Waterloo- Cedar Falls

The room was comfortable and nicely equipped, with a stovetop burner, dishes, a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The mall is nearby, and there are lots of places to eat. My only complaint was that breakfast wasn’t available in the morning. Still, it was a good stay.

The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was very clean in a great location. The staff were helpful and nice. We didn’t use the suites’ kitchenette, but it looked well equipped and would be handy for a longer visit, travelling with kids, or making your own meals. We’d stay here again.

I’m here for a long-term stay and have been very happy. There are plenty of things to like, including comfortable beds, a full-size refrigerator and a kitchen. Free laundry is especially helpful. The staff have been friendly and helpful too.

The morning staff were warm and helpful, and the big beds were comfortable with soft towels. The kitchenette had what we needed, including a full-size fridge and freezer. We spent the day at the local Waterpark, so didn’t try the pool or exercise room. At night, though, the staff member was rude and acted like it was a burden to get up from her chair to look up our IHG reward number. My husband wanted to watch the USA soccer game, but the TV was very small and so dark there was no way to adjust it. We didn’t expect the night staff to be much help fixing it. Apart from that and the TV, it was a good stay.
