The price was super low, so I really recommend this place. I enjoyed my stay, and the area is quiet, with kind and helpful staff. The rooms are quite comfortable and well equipped, and this place isn't as bad as many reviewers say. Breakfast isn't intercontinental and felt really unhealthy, so it may be better to eat somewhere else. The bed was far too soft and should be replaced.

I was hiking the 48 peaks and called to ask how to get to the hotel. Pedro offered to pick me up at the trailhead and drive me in, which was incredibly kind and helpful. I honestly can't believe he did that, and I was blown away. The staff, coffee, and rooms were all 10/10. I ordered food from the Indian restaurant too. Highly, highly recommend.

Town Square is easy to reach on foot for shopping, and The Valley Inn was such a cozy, lovely place to stay. Everyone on staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating while I was there. I'll definitely stay again! ❤️

I felt dirty the whole time I was there. The exterior, common areas, pool, and guest rooms were all incredibly rundown, and the mattresses were awful. Our sheets were dirty, and although we were promised AC, we didn't get any in the middle of July. The bathroom plumbing was loud and leaky. I'd never book here again. Who regulates hotel cleanliness, the Board of Health? This place should be condemned, and the owner should invest in updating it.

I love the location, and my kids had a great time with the arcade and lounge area. It's a pretty loud hotel, though, which I understand as a parent myself. I've stayed here twice with my children, and both times the rooms were pretty dirty. The second visit was a lot better than the first, but still disappointing. With some updates, this could be such a nice place.
