If you’re bringing your loved ones to Navy bootcamp graduation, do your new Seaman a favor and don’t bring them here for their liberty. We checked out a day early, even though we’d paid for another day. There were two roaches within an hour of arriving. The toilet had unflushed pee, the towels, rags and hand towels were dingy and looked like old floor mops, and the bathroom floor had hair everywhere. Behind the toilet was disgusting. When we took off the pillowcase, the pillow was yellow with what looked like slob or sweat. The comforter didn’t look washed. The sheets looked clean at first, but had dark stains on them. Food stains were visible on the bare floors and chairs, even though they could have been mopped up. I wonder if some guests are renting rooms here without being travelers. Go elsewhere, in my opinion. To top it off, someone spit on my windshield.

The staff are extremely rude and didn’t care when a family was left stranded after a repo company took their car. It happened the night before their son’s Navy boot camp graduation, leaving them 800 miles from home, and the hotel offered no help or support. It was the third time that week. This place is terrible.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve traveled to other states and never had one this bad. Service was okay, but the room, especially the bathroom, was in poor shape. The worst part was the noise until 3am, with partying, music, and smoke. It seems like these people get money from the government to live there. Don’t waste your money.

I stayed here on october thirty first, and the room was awful. The sheets were soiled, the bathroom was dirty, and the television wouldn’t work the next morning. I only stayed because I was exhausted from traveling. I contacted the front desk and was told they’d fix the TV soon. I waited 4 2 hours, but nobody came. I called them again and still had no television. The customer service was horrible, and the place was filthy. I’ll never stay here again. If you want somewhere clean, don’t book this place.
